Premium adds monthly filter cleaning, text and call support, and 10% off seasonal services like drain and fills and winterization. Most members find Premium pays for itself quickly once you factor in the filter care and seasonal savings.

Total Care is for people who want to hand it off completely. We come bi-weekly instead of monthly, all chemicals are included so there is never an extra charge, and your annual drain and fill on your membership anniversary, monthly filter cleaning, and quarterly filter deep clean are all built in. Priority scheduling means you are always at the front of the line.

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with everything needed for the visit. You do not need to have anything on hand unless you are supplying your own approved chemicals.
